In addition to individual bedrooms there are a number of communal areas and separate dining facilities. There is also a small separate smoking area.
A modern personal call system is also operational in all parts of the home to summon staff assistance as and when required.
We encourage friends and family to visit the home as often as possible and visiting times are flexible - please confer with the manager.
The Aims and Objectives of the Cedars are provided in a separate document that is available for general readership. However, the overall aim of the home is to provide high quality residential care for older people.
Residents are encouraged to lead as full a life as possible so that their highest potential is achieved and their personal dignity and individuality maintained while living and participating in a caring environment.
