All residents are encouraged to contribute to the life of the home and are actively involved in the day-to-day decisions by means of resident meetings. The home also operates a Quality Assurance Review (QAR), whereby residents, relatives, visitors and staff have the opportunity to express their views concerning their life at the home, both in terms of strengths and weaknesses.

Copies of the QAR are available for anyone to read. These reports state clearly the views of residents in relation to the care offered by the home and a largely of a positive nature!
